• How can I know my size?

• How do I get my order and when?

After you order it will take 2-3 days for us to handcraft your ring, then our partners (FedEx or UPS) will ship it to you. Depending on your location the whole process will take 1-2 weeks in total. Please always give us you phone number! This helps our delivery partners to reach you with details.

• How can I pay?

You are able to pay with your credit card directly on our page (this service is provided by Stripe) or using Apple Pay (on iPhones) or PayPal. The Apple Pay is provided by Apple Inc. and the PayPal is provided by PayPal Inc.

• Can I have a refund?

Yes you can can return your item in 14 days for us. For details please read our Refund Policy.
